So you are interested in contacting Options Your Choices Your Future – excellent, a great step towards a positive future!
Please first check our Client/Coach Understanding. If you are happy with this understanding you have several ways by which you can access our services.
Telephone Coaching and/or Counselling
How does it work?
If coaching and/or counselling by telephone best suits you and your time frame, you can contact an Options Your Choices Your Future representative by calling 07 3324 0940 and:
- A suitable time will be made for your session/s
- You will give the representative the best phone number for them to phone you on for the telephone session/s
- Arrangements will be made for payment of the session/s
At the appointment time the coach or counsellor will phone you. If you do not answer they will contact you again in five (5) minutes and again in ten (10) minutes. If you do not answer after the ten (10) minute phone call, the coach or counsellor will regarded the session as being missed (please make sure you have read our cancellation policy in the Client/Coach Understanding).
Face to Face Coaching and/or Counselling
How does it work?
If face to face coaching and/or counselling best suits you, you can contact an Options Your Choices Your Future representative by calling 07 3324 0940 to arrange a session/s. Sessions are held in our offices located in the Body Max Allied Health Centre building located at 401 Old Cleveland Road Coorparoo (please make sure you have read our cancellation policy in the Client/Coach Understanding).
Online Coaching and/or Counselling
How does it work?
If online coaching and/or counselling best suits you, you can contact an Options Your Choices Your Future representative on 07 3324 0940 or via email at info@LifeCareerOptions.com.au to book a session time. You will be provided with a username and password via email and all you need to do is log-on to our online counselling service at the agreed time. The coach or counsellor will be expecting you.
Things to know about our online counselling service:
- Your username and password is unique to you. It will NEVER be allocated to another person.
- You can request a change of user name and password at any time.
- Options Your Choices Your Future will destroy your user name and password when you choose not to continue with their service/s.
